Fedar SH1308 Shaker/Dryer — Recommended for the FD11308 | Matched for 48-Inch Production

The SH1308 is the production shaker and curing system built specifically for use with the FD11308. As printed film exits the printer it feeds directly into the SH1308, where hot-melt powder is evenly applied by a motor-vibration distribution system, excess

powder is removed, and the transfer is cured through dual-zone constant-temperature heating from both top and bottom.

 

Rated to handle the FD11308's full production output of 680 sq ft/hr, the SH1308 is the only shaker/dryer matched to this system. A drum suction mesh belt keeps film moving smoothly at production speed while a built-in fume extractor keeps your shop environment clean. The machine ships fully assembled and is ready to run the same day it arrives. Automatic powder re-circulation is available as an upgrade option.
