Fedar SH808 Shaker/Dryer — Recommended for the FD1808 | Matched for 32-Inch Production

The SH808 is the production shaker and curing system built specifically for use with the FD1808. As printed film exits the printer it feeds directly into the SH808, where hot-melt powder is evenly applied by a motor-vibration distribution system, excess

powder is removed, and the transfer is cured through dual-zone constant-temperature heating from both top and bottom.

 

Rated to handle the FD1808's full production output of 592 sq ft/hr, the SH808 is the only shaker/dryer matched to this system. A drum suction mesh belt keeps film moving smoothly at production speed while a built-in fume extractor keeps your shop environment clean. The machine ships fully assembled and is ready to run the same day it arrives. Automatic powder recirculation is available as an upgrade option.
