Fedar SH606 Shaker/Dryer — Recommended for the FD70-6H | Matched for 24-Inch Production
The SH606 is Fedar's High Capacity shaker and curing system, engineered for 6 and 6 head production lines running two or more rolls per day. It handles up to ~377 Sq ft/hr using back-and-front constant-temperature heating with motor-vibration powder distribution, and a drum suction mesh belt that keeps film moving smoothly even at production speeds.
Similar to the SH604, the SH606 includes a built-in fume extractor as standard, ships fully assembled, and fits through a standard 36" doorway. Auto-detection during film cutting prevents deformation at the cut point and automatic powder re-circulation is available as an upgrade to keep the line running without manual refilling.
The SH606 is simply a bigger, faster shaker built to match the industrial output speeds of the 5 and 6-head FD70 Systems.
